Windows Installer Best Practices

The results of ICE validation, best practices testing, and conflict analysis of Windows Installer packages

in the Application Catalog are now grouped in one area of the dashboard entitled Windows Installer

Best Practices:

These charts identify the Windows Installer packages in the Application Catalog as being in one of the

following categories: Not Tested, Errors, Warnings, or No Issues. You can click on any section of

these charts to view a list of the packages in that category.

Virtualization Best Practices

The results of best practices testing and conflict analysis of App-V packages in the Application Catalog

are now grouped in one area of the dashboard entitled Virtualization Best Practices:

These charts identify the App-V packages in the Application Catalog as being in one of the following

categories: Not Tested, Errors, Warnings, No Issues. You can click on any section of these charts to

view a list of the packages in that category.

Error Category Breakdown

In AdminStudio 10.0, the Error Category Breakdown chart was displayed in the Application

Readiness Dashboard. In AdminStudio 10.0 SP1, you open this report by selecting Error Category

Breakdown from the Select Report list of the Application Catalog View.
